Vía Orgánica carries out various initiatives and projects to achieve its mission:
Ranch School and Educational Center: A living space where regenerative agriculture and agroecology techniques are experimented with and taught. They offer free workshops for farmers and awareness activities for the local community.
Ecotourism: They promote conscious tourism through ecological cabins and tours of their ranch in San Miguel de Allende, allowing visitors to connect with nature and learn about sustainable practices.
