Hi: I’m Ana Lilia Buendia and I’m part of The Golden Homes Group of Sotheby’s International Realty in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. I’ve been a resident of San Miguel for 25 years and I’m a bilingual attorney with extensive experience in real estate transactions and all the procedures involved, including title insurance, mortgages, capital gains, wills, and immigration issues. A native of Mexico City, ¹ I opened San Miguel’s first mailing service franchise, Mail Boxes Etc. in 1996, and the first cellular and VOIP services in town many years ago.
